When booking a room, I chose between the Olympic Sailing Center Hotel and this hotel. As a result, the experience was not very good when I first arrived. The overall design of the hotel lobby was very messy. There were quite a lot of staff at the front desk, but check-in was a bit slow. After checking into the room, I found that the actual size of the room should be less than 30 square meters. I booked this room because it was listed as 45 square meters, but it turned out to be much smaller. It felt like false advertising, and the room windows only had half walls, like a ba*****t room. The upper part with windows is also blocked by the outer wall, so there is basically no natural light. Another point is that the room is very humid and has a musty smell. When I sleep, I feel that the bed is wet. I don’t know if it’s the climate here in Qingdao or if the hotel doesn’t do a good job of dehumidification. I basically didn’t get a good night’s sleep. The hotel is cleaning The aunt has a very good service attitude and actively helped us solve some problems. The shampoo provided in the bathroom smells good and my hair is very fluffy after washing. But overall, the living experience in this hotel is really not good. I will not choose it again in the future. It is quite disappointing.

We were guests in room 205 during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Our family came to Qingdao for a 4-night stay with a baby about one year old. We felt the first-class service from the hotel staff throughout the entire process, especially after the baby was accidentally burned. Gao Wenhao took us to several hospitals at the first time and accompanied us throughout the whole process. This was particularly timely and considerate help for us, an unfamiliar foreigner, so that our baby could receive timely treatment. We are very grateful. In addition, the service provided by other hotel employees was also very good, which really made us feel warm and at home. We will stay at Atour Hotel next time we come to Qingdao. Finally, I would like to thank Gao Wenhao and other staff again, and wish Atour Hotel better and better.

The location is excellent. You can see the hotel when you get off Yan'an 3rd Road Station on Line 3. There are also many bus lines in the surrounding area, making traveling very convenient. The hotel service staff are warm and considerate. They will say hello when you go up and down the elevator. When it rains when you leave, they will help you carry an umbrella to the subway entrance. The only drawback is that the WiFi signal in the room is very weak, so you can only use your own network. . .
