優勢有且僅有一個，門口地鐵站。早餐建議門口Subway或者便利店，酒店早餐實在是一言難盡。設施的話保養維護不佳，明顯老舊，衞生間反味，洗手枱備品包裝上居然有血漬，很久沒住過這樣的酒店了。

訂了離辦事兒的公司最近的酒店。就真的不推薦。衞生質量不行，房間裏一股下水道的臭味，找了一圈，原來是洗水台的水管傳出來的。淋浴花灑的空洞缺失或者不通。房間隔音很差。早餐的煮地瓜是壞的（見下圖），杯子盤子明顯都沒擦乾淨。有粥，雞蛋（晚了沒有），牛奶（晚了沒有），袋裝的幾個乾癟麪包，白水和玉米是唯一能吃的。據説這酒店，青島旺季房租能漲到千元以上，青島旅遊體驗差也不是説説而已。
