真的太喜歡這間屋子了 周圍小路的景色隨便走走都很有味道 很可惜***很快就要停止服務了 這可能是我在這上面定的最後一間民宿 給我留下了非常美好的回憶 再來青島我會再來看看！

位置在大學路風景區，各種網紅打卡可以步行到達，房間很乾凈，房東很有品味，同為藝術工作者的在下，非常喜歡這個調調，所以在網上一看到照片就定了下來，想給孩子一個住在老洋房的體驗，感謝房東提供這麼好的民宿，希望越辦越好吧。

青島的民宿住了不少，蘇家的最乾淨，沒有之一。每一個角落都一塵不染，令人非常舒心！佈局非常好，有很多設計可以應用到家裝方面，一次舒適的體驗，一次難得的學習。以前衹知道嶗山綠茶，蘇家的嶗山紅茶也是讓人有了新的味蕾體驗。總之，滿分，再+1分，可以驕傲！有機會再去體驗蘇家其他房源，希望青島疫情早日過去！

住宿體驗極佳，室內的眼光充足，暖暖的曬在身上很舒服，充滿年代感的設計很值得細細品味，煙火氣很足。所在的位置也是交通方便，而且附近也有很多景點，同時在這裏也感謝一下房東製作的旅遊小指南，對我們來説很有幫助，避免了很多的雷區。希望老闆的匠人精神能夠一直保持下去，祝老闆生意興隆。下一次再來希望體驗其他不同的民宿

慕名而來，老闆仗義給我們很低的價格。作為旅行博主，塵裏是一個非常良心、用心的民宿，位置、裝修、用器都很棒，淡季的衞生也很好。這裡有老青島的市井味道，適合安靜的體驗，附近餐飲交通都很便利，老闆提供的攻略很接地氣，為我們的素材拍攝提供了驚喜。感謝接待，感恩緣分。

總體來説滿意！
優點：房間乾淨衞生，環境不錯！坐在房間裏可以看到青島特色的紅色房子，適合想像我們一樣不趕時間出來玩的人，位置離大學路的那個網紅小紅牆非常近！走路幾分鐘就能到！房間的所有設施包括注意事項，房東都有整理成文字的形式發給我，還有一份青島的旅遊線路，房東用心了！
缺點：因為房間在一個很老舊的樓的二樓，所以有一股老舊的味道；樓梯是木質的，比較陡，沒有照明的燈，晚上回去稍微晚一點還需要用手機打手電筒！
p.s雖然房東有在注意事項裏寫明晚上需要小聲一點，不然會吵到樓下的長者，我們是接受這一點才預訂的這個房子，但是説實話，有點影響我們的入住感受，因為一到晚上，我們就是畏畏縮縮，甚至不敢大聲説話，完全違背了我想要用最輕鬆的心情出來做自己想做的事的願望！當然這個也不能算缺點吧！
又p.s還有一點就是，房東發的文件裏面有寫，會有一些青島特色的小零食什麼的，我們都沒有看到。雖然也不是有多想吃那些東西，但是你既然寫出來了，那我們沒有看到肯定會造成一點心理落差！作為一個酒店工作者，我當然能理解有時候因為某些原因導致的房間內備品的變化，但是如果房間內有變化，也請將你的文件、注意事項進行更新，避免造成更大的誤解！（這衹是我個人的小建議）
