很好的一次入住體檢，房間很温馨，很有藝術氛圍，很乾凈，很衞生，看的出來入住前是消過毒的， 老闆姐姐免費給升級了海景房，坐在飄窗躺椅上就能俯看奧帆中心，屋內有廚房，還有洗衣機，離五四廣場海邊衹有幾分鐘路，樓下左拐100米就是地鐵口，很方便，淡季這個時間不到150的價位，入住這樣的房間，感覺還是很值的！

這個酒店位置非常還，距離海邊和青島五四廣場非常近，交通方便。附近有大型商超和美食。房間乾淨整潔，寬敞舒適。酒店服務非常好，以後來青島就選擇這裏了

房間朝向很好，就是到晚上睡覺的時候下水道味太重了，客服也沒説洗完澡要把下水道堵上，最後聯繫説還要把洗手盆的也得堵上，薰得我腦袋疼，到第二天我以為放放味就沒了，回來發現居然還有味道，誒！衹能説入住體驗不咋地，買的4天3晚，我們買重了也不給退，還要收違約金，總之就是想讓你住不退你，4天3晚我們就住了一晚，啥也沒退！

訂房前看評論説衞生間味道大，以為房東會有改善，果不其然的一如既往的味道大。評論區説關上衞生間門，味道確實小了，但是，你再去衞生間裏面味道就超級大了。這家店過年假期價格翻倍漲價了，三百多一晚。

公寓位置好，周圍好多美食店，步行地鐵100米，五四廣場不行5分鐘，房間寬敞明亮，房間裏也很乾凈，性價比高，同價位的公寓環境和設施都不如這家，房間可以看到海，房間大大的，睡起來很舒適，打掃衞生阿姨打掃的也很乾凈，工作人員非常熱情和專業，不僅耐心解答問題，還提供了很多有用的建議，讓我的旅途感到無比的舒適和開心，來青島旅遊的朋友推薦入住這家公寓。
