海天酒店的房間特別的舒服，尤其枕頭睡的特別棒，服務管家jack還幫我們升級了行政大床房。這家酒店行政酒吧在30層，是住店客人會客，喝茶，簡餐的好場所，而且全部免費。讓住店客人感覺物超所值。下次來青島，還會入住海天。

本次入住體驗非常好👍入住的時候前台愛麗絲小卜給小朋友專門準備了小童洗漱用品和小禮物🎁房間樓層也儘量幫我們選得很高，視野舒適。因為帶着小朋友，幫我們延房到兩點，很貼心。入住期間加了微信，非常熱情的訊問我們的需求。酒店贈送的下午茶在30樓行政酒廊，給我們的旅行帶來一份愜意[咖啡]早餐相當豐富，吃撐了。最後要大大讚美一下小卜幫我解決了自助餐的預訂問題。聰明又能幹👍

房間整潔，床單和毛巾都較新。Zoe小韓每天都對我們有問候，尤其是提醒我們有枕頭菜單。我選用了蕎麥枕頭，睡覺效果非常好。小韓加了我們的微信，溝通方便。
尊享禮遇:行政酒廊。我們這次選用了套間，住了五天，行政酒廊非常方便，基本上午餐和晚餐都在那裡吃了。
