帶孩子去海邊玩耍，臨時訂房，正值啤酒節閉幕式，房源緊張，能訂到離海邊這麼近的房子我們還是很滿意的

位置很好，停車也很方便，最前排的房子，主卧和一間次卧可以看到海景，房東大姐很熱情，幫忙拿行李。一大家人出行，還是這種家庭式民宿方便，總體感覺挺好的。

房東老哥人真的很好，出來接我們還非要幫忙拿行李🧳，又給我們介紹去哪裡吃飯不被坑，屋子打掃的很乾凈，住的兩居室，海邊第一排，過馬路就是海邊，孩子玩的很開心，我們吃的住的也非常滿意，這個房子是回遷房，小區很安靜，沒有亂七八糟的人來人往，非常滿意，遺憾就是沒能多住幾天，其實黃島住着很安逸，不要求特種兵式打卡的，在金沙灘享受一下慢生活挺好的。下次去還要住這裏😃

房間寬敞明亮，採光很好，也很乾凈整潔，房東人也和藹可親，有求必應，有需要找房東都會很快解決，也很熱心幫忙！我們一共五個人，三個大人兩個孩子，房間很温馨，就跟回家一樣，住的很滿意，孩子大人都很高興，各項設施也很完備，樓下就有超市和賣早點的地方，餐館也很平價，非常滿意的一次出遊，下次來青島還會再來的！高層有電梯，還能看到無敵海景，太完美的房間了！

有一次性馬桶墊，洗髮水和沐浴露都香香的，海景房，客廳和兩個卧室都有獨立空調，廚房可以做飯，滿意度拉滿。不過密碼鎖這個東西其實我個人並不是很認同，不是針對老闆哦

首先房東是很好的，推薦了好吃的，臨走還送了青島特產。房東人很好，服務也沒毛病。#房間設施一定要説一句的是：沒有電梯！沒有電梯！每天上下樓很不方便。房間老舅，有黑色的黴斑，房頂滴答漏水，廚房刀沒洗乾淨，長黑毛了，不敢用。床多，住的寬敞，床單乾淨，值得表揚！#位置交通位置很好，生活方便，買啥都可，也沒太有景點被坑的感覺。#房間景觀很好，躺床上看海，無可挑剔！
