這家賓館的服務真的很棒，員工的態度非常好，讓人感覺特別舒服！我們在這家賓館住了幾晚，房間非常乾淨整潔，裝修簡約大氣！床鋪舒適，睡眠質量很高，而且賓館的地理位置非常優越，交通便利，周圍還有很多好吃的美食，尤其是賓館旁邊的花榕稻青花椒烤魚非常好吃！

前台服務態度差，敷衍，我們是12:47到的酒店，然後説需要兩點才可以辦理入住。可以的，一般的酒店都是12點退房，2點入住，這個也正常，但是等到了2:07的時候，我去問説還要等一會兒，2:35的時候我又去問，還説要等一會兒，我説要等多久，他們説不知道，説保潔人剛剛過去。然後2:55的時候，我又問還要等多久，他們説不知道，就一直説不知道，説要等一會兒，讓他們聯繫保潔那個費勁。還説讓我去聯繫保潔，那要你們前台是幹什麼用的？等到了3點，找了三次，都讓我等一會兒，説沒有乾淨的房間。最後一次我就在前台盯着他，他才去聯繫保潔，去問有沒有乾淨的房間，而且前台也不知道哪些房間已經住人，哪些房間沒有住人，還説他們的工作就是看電腦，他連這個工作都做不好，看電腦也沒看明白，就在前台摸魚。還問我們住不住了，不住就給我退房。前台説這種話，噁心誰呢？最後好不容易安排了一個房間，説是這個房間沒有住人，結果過去門卡打不開門，保潔的門卡也打不開，然後用鑰匙廢了好半天勁才打開。然後進去一看，枕頭都長毛髮黴了。保潔還説這個房間打掃好了，是因為開空調返潮，那既然如此，就説明是空了好久的，空了好久沒有住人，這個前台都不知道，真不知道他們是幹什麼吃的（他前面還説沒有房間了，都沒有打掃出來，結果現在又多了一個好久沒有住人的房間。）然後讓保潔現打掃了旁邊的房間。晚上洗澡的時候發現淋浴的那個下水堵了。太晚了也懶得找人，不想扯皮。這兩分兒完全是看在那兩個中層的管理員，一個哥一個姐，那個姐態度特別好，一直在跟我們道歉，但這個也不是她的錯，他還在幫忙道歉。收拾206房間的時候也發現了不少的問題，這個哥也在幫忙協調保潔。（比起環境，前台的服務態度真的是讓人反胃。）
