Such a fantastic hotel that has been really well maintained. The bed was really comfortable and breakfast was really nice too… for the price as well I would definitely recommend 🙂

Fantastic amenities.
Friendly staff.
Room was comfortable.
Highly recommended if you are okay with staying 35 mins drive from downtown.
Starbucks and other western stuff within a 2 mins walk.
Overall highly recommend.

First time here, very pleased with the service and room. The room here is very big and spacious which makes the stay delightful. I'm genuinely surprised with the genial greetings from all the staff here, especially those at the tea lounge. Besides service, the breakfast was also very delicious and had many options to choose from. Overall, 5 stars, would definitely recommend friends and relatives to stay here for their holidays.

always excellent. Sheraton Qingdao Licang hotel is at the standard of Sheraton chain. The staff is helpfull and friendly, from the front desk to the room keeping. we got a complementary breakfast at check in. the insulation is perfect, despite the metro building in front, the room are quiet . special mention to Mrs Zhang Li for the little note , it made our day .

Stayed at this hotel four times over the past few years. Clean, comfortable and amazing service. Always have an amazing experience and a relaxing stay. Judy and her team in the Executive Lounge deserve a particular mention for their warm and attentive service.
Pool was closed on my last visit but was notified at the health club before getting changed and the gym was still available for use.
