前台女的好好培訓好在上崗，態度惡劣，一點專業知識沒有。房間採光很暗，廁所跟洗漱台轉個身就能撞到門上。那廁所一面牆是一層塑料板，隔壁説話打呼都聽的一清二楚，就為了掙錢，一點不講究質量，還如家連鎖店，真是差透了。

酒店位置非常好，就在火車站東廣場斜對面，因為火車很早所以離開前一晚從其他酒店搬過來的。周圍吃的多，樓下有便利店很方便。家庭房寬敞，雙床房稍小，洗手間通風略差。前台態度好。

服務態度十分好，當天早上到的，把行李寄存在酒店就去棧橋了，離得很近，坐地鐵也很方便，點外賣的話回送到大廳，每天都會給搞衞生，電梯一人一卡，刷卡乘梯，安全係數很高
