It would be nice for a western hotel that touts 5 diamonds to offer western channels on the tv(they only had HBO) and decent western fare during breakfast (95% Chinese/Asian food). Additionally, some training for staff in regards to etiquette and professionalism could serve you well. Several employees in the restaurant were rude and unhelpful. Overall, my previous history with the brand and the aforementioned employees allowed for me to have a decent stay.
