環境：酒店環境很好，十一期間去齊齊哈爾玩，體感很好。
服務：客服貼心到位，還給升級了套房，有歡迎水果，還有伴手禮很驚喜。
設施：地理位置居市中心，距離火車站，商業區都很近。

應該是齊齊哈爾最早的高檔酒店，設施雖有年代感，但整體不錯。入住時前台小李的服務態度和意識非常好，見到通行的孩子還給了一份小禮物，非常感謝！

酒店非常棒👍🏻到達很晚了，免費升級了房間，還送了三個人的早餐，早餐也很豐富。不得不説樓下不遠處還有一個巨大的早市，逛起來非常好，喂松鼠的瓜子和路上各種水果都是在要是買的，安利…酒店也有飛鶴系列，價格除了冰棍貴了一點，其他的種類都和門店差不多，不用特意去跑

和美環境非常好，一家四口入住的標間，兩張床可以合併起來，房間很大衞生很好。前台送的飛鶴奶片等小食特別好吃，特別誇一下酒店的早餐，品種豐富，雖然十一就餐人很多，但補餐很快。一樓大廳還有冰櫃賣飛鶴的冰淇淋很好吃，二樓有個小淘氣堡孩子玩的很開心。

服務很好，前面停車場沒位置了。一位酒店工作人員特意把自己的車挪開，讓我們停在了後院。前台服務的劉女士還幫我們免費升級了房間。早餐很不錯。點贊👍👍👍👍👍👍
