Good stay and convenient location for food and some shopping. Love the vibe too. The most amazing part is when we depart to xiamen from quanzhou. We had too many luggages and worried that we cannot fit in a sedan but cannot get a 7 seater. The reception used their own account to help us book as we only have 1 alipay account. The drama was drastic but was made easy by the receptionist. Special thanks to them. They even offered the hotel wechat for us to connect to make sure we can reach xiamen safely.

The room is not bad. It is a newly renovated B&B. The proprietress said that it has been open for less than half a month and is clean and tidy. It is considered good value for money. In terms of facilities, the room type booked is consistent with the actual description. There is Internet, but there is no TV. Hygiene is not bad. The environment of the courtyard is pretty good. It's not far from West Street. You can reach it by walking a short flight of steps. The butler's service and appearance are perfect. There are many opinions. 1. On the day of check-in, the tenant next door had his belongings moved out of the room and called the police because he came back late. The whole yard was in panic. 2. We made the reservation for two days. When we left the next day, we were worried that something like this would happen and specifically told us not to clean up until we came back, so we went to visit Thean Hou Temple. At 10:30, we came back and found that the bedsheets and pillowcases upstairs had been removed. Peeled away! ! ! 3. In terms of equipment, the shower head is quite broken. It feels like it may have been left behind before the renovation. Also, it has been really cold in Quanzhou these days. The temperature in the room near the door is too low. Although there is air conditioning, the newly renovated old house still has a bit of air leakage. The room upstairs is quite comfortable, but the one at the door is very, very cold. There are quite a lot of beautiful pictures on the introduction page, including two pictures of the room at ten o'clock in the morning. . .

Traveling for work, this was a great option in the heart of Quanzhou. Very close to food street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downsides would be only two elevators for whole facility and breakfast was average.

Let’s talk about the shortcomings, this is fatal for a star hotel... 1. There is a KTV on the 4th and 5th floors of the hotel... It is said to be outsourced. I stayed on the 8th floor and the subwoofer singing sound was clearly audible in the middle of the night. I woke up at 1:30 and was still singing. I could only wear noise-canceling headphones to sleep. , which resulted in me tossing and turning all night, not sleeping well, and getting up with a headache in the morning. It’s hard to imagine that the entire hotel guests have to endure this noise… 2. Maybe I am afraid that the back of the hotel faces the air-conditioning unit and the like. The windows are opaque... very ugly, really ugly (see picture 1). It is self-defeating. It makes it look like the windowless rooms in ordinary small hotels. Similar. 3. The bathroom and bathroom doors can only be closed half way, which means you can either close the bathroom or the toilet. Except for this half of the sliding door, the outside is completely open (see Figure 2), and the privacy is extremely poor (there is also the smell of the bathroom) , the sound of dripping water in the bathroom can also be heard), not suitable for two friends to stay together. 4. It’s been a bit cold in Quanzhou recently, and the air conditioner didn’t work. I turned it on at 28 degrees, and the air outlet was cold... No one could explain why. All in all, I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. I hope that as a star hotel, it can at least reach the level of Hampton by Hilton and Holiday Inn.

The service is first-class, the room is comfortable, and the management staff is very attentive to upgrade the room type, especially the handsome and sunny young man named Yang at the front desk. He helped me contact the courier to send the missing items. It is very good. I will come to Quanzhou again!

The location is excellent. It's in the busiest neighborhood. You can get to Xiaobai within two steps. It's very convenient to go to West Street, but taxis can't get in, so I walked a while with my luggage on the first day. The building is four floors high. I upgraded the room with my Ctrip membership. There is no noise when the windows are closed. There is also a beautiful terrace on the fourth floor, which is perfect for afternoon tea if you are not in a hurry. The room is quite tidy. There is an electronic toilet that flushes automatically. The water power of the shower is also good. The washbasin is separated into dry and wet areas. However, the disadvantage is that there is no place to put clothes in the bathroom, so clean clothes can only be changed out. This is not good. So satisfied. In addition, I feel that the small size of the room is a bit tasteless and meaningless. Every time I insert the room card, it will restart. This speed is enough for me to manually open the lights and windows. The service is good. There are warm drinks at the front desk when you come back in the winter evening, so you can drink whatever you want. Breakfast is provided by the Singapore Tour restaurant next door. To be honest, it's not that good. The peanuts are a bit wet and there aren't many kinds of food. It's better to go out to eat.

I am really satisfied with this hotel and must rate it well. The service of this hotel is very good! Although the facilities are old, they are very clean, quiet and well-insulated. Tea is delivered every day and soup is delivered in the evening. There are many varieties of breakfast. The beef soup is delicious. Children especially like the braised eggs, and they are free of charge for breakfast. In the old town, it is convenient to travel with a child's car! Downstairs is the Confucian Temple, and Kaiyuan Temple is 1.2 kilometers away. You can get there quickly, and all kinds of classic novices can be solved. We stayed in Quanzhou for two nights and had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. Ginger duck, crab meat ball soup, cordyceps soup, etc. were delicious! very good! Will stay here next time!

Excellent hotel. It gets everything right. Welcoming, easy check in, comfortable and spacious rooms, clean (which for a large hotel with such high occupancy is the clearest way to see that it is a very well managed hotel!) and a full, delicious breakfast buffet with healthy choices. I’ve stayed there several times and think there must be a new manager because the post Covid version is especially good. A shopping area adjacent to the hotel offers a good place to wander. I’m a Hilton Diamond member but chose to stay at the Wanda Vista when I’m in Quanzhou.

The breakfast variety is not rich, but a bowl of seafood noodles suits my taste...
