Citywell Hotel (Quanzhou Food Street)
"First off, the hotel's service is top-notch; the staff are incredibly friendly and the facilities are excellent. The location is especially good, being close to the ancient city, which makes getting around super convenient. The hotel is right on a food street, and the nearby Laobing Restaurant is fantastic – great food at reasonable prices. All in all, it was a comfortable stay with attentive service and great value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Quanzhou."
InterContinental Hotels QUANZHOU by IHG
"Located right in Taihe Plaza, the room was very clean, and the river view room offered beautiful scenery. The front desk staff were as excellent and patient as ever, helping to arrange the room and communicate with the hotel. My stay this time was very pleasant. There was also a welcome [gift/amenity - context needed for exact word]."
Quanzhou Fengze Puxi Wanda Plaza Yishang PLUS Hotel
"The service was exceptional, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. They even provided complimentary welcome fruits upon check-in. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get to popular tourist attractions. Highly recommend!"
Quanzhou Hotel
"If you're looking for a hotel within the ancient city that also offers convenient parking for self-driving, this is the best choice, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. However, the room facilities are indeed a bit old. The main building's lower floors are quite damp and stuffy; the South Wing (Nanxin Building) is comparatively better. The service was good overall; at first, it felt a little like an old state-owned enterprise – not overly enthusiastic – but when issues arose, they were handled quickly and properly. I was very satisfied with the overall experience."
Country Inn by Radisson Hotel (Quanzhou Wanda Plaza&Ling Xiu Store )
"good service"
Crowne Plaza QUANZHOU RIVERVIEW by IHG
"Quanzhou stay was perfect! Special shout-out to Jay at the front desk – he was efficient and friendly during check-in, patiently recommended sightseeing routes in Quanzhou, and provided excellent service. The room was clean, the location convenient, and it was very quiet, perfect for a business trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!"
Wanda Vista Quanzhou
"Walking into the hotel, I really loved the subtle fragrance. The warm and attentive service from the staff added an extra touch of warmth to my Quanzhou trip. The room was spacious, and although the facilities were a bit dated, they were very well-maintained. Housekeeping service was prompt, and the surrounding area offers great convenience for dining and getting around."
Holiday Inn Express QUANZHOU CITY CENTER by IHG
"Fantastic experience! The location is superb, right next to Donghu Park, and within walking distance of key attractions like West Street and Kaiyuan Temple, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The front desk and all staff members were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive, ensuring a great experience throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, it offers excellent value for money. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Quanzhou, highly recommended!"
Atour Hotel, Wanda Plaza, Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport
"Ambiance: Pretty good. It's right above the Sunshine Night Market, in a very bustling area. It can get a bit noisy at night, so make sure to close the windows tightly. Service: Ms. Ye Ying's service was very professional. Late-night congee: The breakfast was also good."

Quanzhou Yesong · Yueyuan Xingdi Hotel
"Welcome fruit: Good environment, good location"
XI SHE INN
"The air conditioner was quite loud, and the speed was difficult to control. Low for cooling, high for warmth. Light from outside leaked in, and I woke up numerous times in the middle of the night to take a photo. The service was acceptable, and the restaurant recommendations were generally consistent with those on Dianping. The hotel's location was convenient, offering a quiet escape amidst the bustle. However, the essence of a hotel is a comfortable night's sleep, and the mattress, ventilation, and temperature really kept me awake."
Quanzhou Grand Honor Hotel
"This is the most bizarre star-rated hotel. I don't know how it earned a five-diamond rating. 1. Food issues. The fruit at the breakfast buffet wasn't properly washed, leaving supermarket stickers on the fruit skins. Even though it's edible, this strictly raises food safety concerns and is a serious safety hazard. 2. Hygiene issues. There was toilet paper and dirt in the restaurant bathroom, and the guest room floors were not cleaned thoroughly, leaving fine crumbs. 3. Poor staff. Messages and phone calls to the housekeeper were unresponsive; the housekeeper had no idea about the room amenities and was clueless. When a staff member delivered a fruit plate to the wrong room, they contacted the front desk, who initially assured them that their procedures were correct, attempting to shift the blame onto the restaurant department. The hotel entrance greeter was useless, offering no guidance when parking the car or any service upon entering the lobby. 4. Unexpected issues were not addressed promptly. The room door lock malfunctioned, preventing my card from being used for entry. The front desk was slow to respond, and I repeatedly went downstairs to re-create my card, but it still didn't work. The staff ultimately determined it was a malfunction in the door lock system, and the hotel had no contingency plan. A technician would have to arrive the next day to repair it. The hotel's elevator promotional video claims it's striving to be a five-star hotel, but this emergency response is completely unacceptable. 5. The staff's attitude was perfunctory, and their apologies were insincere. After communicating with the hotel through the Ctrip platform, the hotel offered compensation. Upon check-out, the staff offered a free night's stay the next time. This is like getting sick at a restaurant and being offered another meal as compensation. It's simply ridiculous. This clearly demonstrates the hotel's complete disregard for guests and their perfunctory approach. 6. The service philosophy is outdated. Few high-end hotels now charge deposits, yet this hotel still requires one, claiming it's a safeguard against room purchases. The problem is, the room refrigerator was empty, and I had no idea what I could have spent. Furthermore, Ctrip offers a flash stay service, and charging a deposit is completely inconsistent with flash stay regulations, a point the Ctrip staff also expressed incomprehension. 7. They contacted me afterward, attempting to smooth things over. After checking out, someone claiming to be a business manager contacted me, offering to send me a bottle of aromatherapy as compensation and hoping I wouldn't leave a negative review. It can be seen that the hotel is ultimately profit-oriented and is accustomed to covering up and falsifying information afterwards, which I decisively rejected."
Nature Hotel Four Seasons
"I have stayed in thousands of hotels, and this was the worst experience. The KTV sang until four in the morning, and the room was like an earthquake. I went downstairs to the front desk to negotiate at around one in the morning, but it didn't stop until I went downstairs for the second time at four in the morning. I really suffered the whole night. I hope no one will pay to suffer."
C&D Hotel Donghai Quanzhou
"We recently stayed at C&D Hotel Donghai Quanzhou for one night with my cousin and two aunties, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was warm and attentive throughout, especially from Visan, who made us feel very welcome and well looked after. We also loved the afternoon tea at the lobby café, which was a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the hotel. The egg tart was absolutely delicious! Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet was truly exceptional. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with something for everyone. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We would gladly stay here again when visiting Quanzhou."
