GGuest UserThis guesthouse truly lives up to its No. 1 ranking in Quanzhou! The location is superb, the ambiance is top-notch, and the service is incredibly warm and thoughtful. We followed their hand-drawn map and explored so many delicious food spots, and every single recommendation was a hit. They even went out of their way to set up a rooftop movie screening for us, which we really appreciated. It makes sense that breakfast isn't included, as there's simply too much amazing food nearby – you definitely need to save your breakfast appetite for Quanzhou's local snacks. We'll definitely be back, and we'll definitely be staying at Lush when we do!

ZZouzailushangdepipiThis hotel offers excellent service; the staff are all very warm and welcoming. The drinks, ice cream, and game console at the front desk were a must-have for the kids whenever we left or returned. The roasted sweet potatoes were also delicious – please prepare more! The room was very clean, with great attention to detail. The price increase during the Chinese New Year wasn't too outrageous, which was acceptable. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the ingredients were good, and I especially appreciated the separate sections for raw and cooked food. Quanzhou isn't large; a taxi ride to attractions near West Street usually takes less than 20 minutes. The accommodation was very quiet, which was a big plus.

The front desk lady was not only beautiful but also very sweet, providing attentive and meticulous service. Overall, I felt so relaxed and completely at ease during my stay. Clean, comfortable, helpful ground staff, especially friendly customer support through WeChat - Xiao Yang, conveniently located, nice local breakfast provided in the hotel.It’s not located on the Main Street but it’s only a few min walk, which also means less noise at night and early in the morning. Wwindtalker6313This is my second stay here, and one excellent improvement is that the breakfast is much richer than my first visit, offering a variety of Quanzhou local snacks. The hotel environment is very clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay in. There's free parking, which is very convenient. The service is beyond words – enthusiastic, efficient, and they practically fulfill every request! The front desk lady even upgraded my room without me asking, and I received a complimentary souvenir upon checkout, which was an absolute surprise. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserVisited Quanzhou during the May Day holiday and found Huacai Hotel on Ctrip. We got a free room upgrade, and there were complimentary fruits and local specialties on the coffee table. They even offered desserts in the evening! The hotel is close to tourist attractions, the breakfast spread is extensive, and the service is incredibly attentive. My daughter said she wants to stay here again next time we visit.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent. My train dropped me off at Quanzhou station. There is K1 bus outside Quanzhou Railway station and stops a few steps from the hotel. The hotel is centrally located within 1-1.5 miles from several wet markets in all 4 directions & their own collections of amazing food stalls& little eateries. The hotel is spotless clean and offers a Minnan style of hospitality that is discrete, charming and incredibly gracious. The room is not spacious but is thoughtfully configured so it does not feel small. The shower is awesome: strong pressure and hot. You feel amazing afterwards. The bed is firm in the right way that I slept soundly. The hotel lobby has many beautifully curated Dehua porcelin tea cups on display. I had a fantastic time in Quanzhou. Quanzhou Xiamenair Hotel is one of the essential reasons. I will definitely stay at Xiamenair again when I return next time.

Llaipeng123Half the joy of this short trip came from this hotel! Its location is perfect – tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet convenient for sightseeing, allowing you to enjoy peaceful downtime. The hotel environment is super comfortable, with greenery tastefully sprinkled throughout the public areas, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was cozy and spotless, with soft lighting design; it was so relaxing to curl up on the sofa and binge-watch shows at night. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful. For breakfast, there were freshly made noodles and authentic Chinese pastries that tasted amazing, and even the coffee was freshly ground. The hotel also offers small drinks, and enjoying the breeze and scenery in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The service was consistently excellent, with every staff member wearing a smile, making you feel incredibly welcome. This hotel has definitely made it onto my 'must-revisit' list!

GGuest UserI am quite surprised with the good quality to be honest. My first experience with a Jinjiang hotel. Beds are firm (I like) and room is spacious. Hot water at shower took a while but it did work. As it is near a night market, the karaoke singers can be clearly heard from the room. Hence the ear plugs by the bedside. Also, the air conditioning is central, hence it’s really warm as February is still considered a cold season. Those aside, it was still a positive experience.
I am most impressed with the smart technology of the room. Voice controlled 小度 for TV control, curtains and lights as well as weather and news updates. These smart home features in a hotel room. I am uber impressed. All the more that it’s in Quanzhou, where I least expect.
As it’s near JJN airport, this means at least 30 mins commute to the old town and major tourist attractions. We picked that hotel as it is near our ancestral home where my grandfather grew up in.
