"Checked in on the 23rd and had a fantastic experience! From the lovely female staff who helped with my luggage at the entrance, to the friendly front desk lady, and the wonderful housekeeper, everyone was incredibly nice. I really loved the hotel's carpet, which features the erythrina flower (coral tree) from the sea – a lovely touch. Breakfast was decent. The room also came with some local specialty gifts. When checking out, they even gave us small souvenirs. The hotel's location is excellent too, truly living up to its reputation as Quanzhou's first five-star hotel! I'll definitely be back next time! This trip was too rushed, so I didn't get a chance to check out the pool – definitely next time!"

__WeChat227052****The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was incredibly attentive. When we checked in, the staff even brought our luggage up to the room for us. The housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and paid attention to the little details. When we went out, they proactively offered us a drying rack and tidied up our room perfectly! If I get the chance to visit Quanzhou again, I'll definitely choose Green Island for my stay.

GGuest UserI've stayed at InterContinental hotels in various cities, but the one in Quanzhou was the most surprising in a good way. Even before I arrived, the hotel called to confirm my approximate check-in time. The front desk staff (a more mature gentleman) was polite and thorough during check-in, which left a fantastic first impression. The room was clean and tidy, with meticulous daily cleaning and timely replenishment of amenities. The doorman at the entrance was proactive in helping open car doors and assisting with luggage. While the hotel isn't located near popular attractions, it's easy to get a taxi, and the distance isn't far. The overall management of the hotel is truly superb! I've stayed in many high-end hotels across the country, but this one's experience truly ranks among the top tier, even better than most luxury hotels in first-tier and provincial capital cities! If I ever come back to Quanzhou, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

GGuest UserA day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!

GGulanI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Ms. Joy for her kindness and excellent service. She arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

HHuichiroudexiannvyaWe chose Pullman initially because it's very close to Quanzhou South Station, just a fifteen-minute drive away. Plus, it's about a 30-minute drive from the hotel to Luojia Temple and Shili Golden Coast, which are right next to each other, offering magnificent scenery and well worth a visit. The hotel's hardware and decor are quite good, very new, and the price offers good value for money. My biggest fear when staying at a hotel is being disturbed at night and not getting enough sleep, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. From around midnight on the eighth day of the ***** New Year, locals started setting off fireworks and firecrackers, and it continued until well past 1:30 AM on the ninth. I was lying in bed, unable to sleep due to the continuous noise. Later, I heard it was a local custom to celebrate the birthday of the Jade Emperor. We also requested a high floor when checking in, precisely to avoid noise from upstairs guests. Even though we were on the 21st floor in a loft-style room with high ceilings, we could still hear the thudding vibrations from guests walking heavily upstairs and the grating noise of chairs and tables being dragged. I'd suggest the hotel consider installing carpets in the rooms to cushion and reduce floor noise. Additionally, you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, and there's no handheld showerhead. The breakfast selection is varied and tasty, and it wasn't crowded, so we didn't have the issue of not finding a seat like at other hotels.

GGuest UserMy husband, our child, and I booked this hotel while visiting some friends. Upon arrival, a friendly concierge immediately helped us with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated after our high-speed train journey. Inside the lobby, a very welcoming staff member at the front desk offered us a welcome drink while we checked in, and then kindly explained where breakfast was served and other relevant details. Our room offered a pleasant street view, which delighted our child. The cleanliness of the room and the quality of the bedding were outstanding. Every hotel staff member was incredibly friendly and always wore a smile, which truly brightened my mood throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning for another stay.

Eellva_hoTraveling with family and friends for the National Day holiday, the check-in process at the front desk was incredibly inefficient. It took nearly 15 minutes to check in for three rooms, and they even switched staff members twice during the process. In the end, there was still an error with the registration, showing how unfamiliar they were with the procedures.
To top it off, we found steel wire in the mung bean soup at breakfast – absolutely disgusting!
