My stay in the King Room at Shishi Lvdai International Hotel was absolutely perfect, far exceeding my expectations. The front desk staff, particularly Yasi, was incredibly kind and polite. Check-in was efficient and straightforward, without any unnecessary delays, and she even thoughtfully provided information about local transportation and dining options. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable – not a speck of dust or any unpleasant odors in the corners. The king-size mattress was just right, not too soft nor too firm, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The blackout curtains worked wonderfully, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, with a strong and consistent hot water supply, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive and high-quality. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around by taxi, shopping, and finding places to eat. The public areas were grand and spotless, and service responses were prompt. This hotel is ideal for both business travelers and short leisure trips, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shishi. Highly recommended!

A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Thank you, Xiao Shi!

I chose this hotel for my business trip and wow, it was such great value! The room was very soundproof, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable; I slept like a baby until I woke up naturally. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of hot food, juices, and desserts – I left feeling completely satisfied. I especially want to commend Sivan at the front desk. There was a slight issue with my room type during check-in, and she quickly helped me switch rooms. She had an excellent attitude throughout and didn't make me wait long at all. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for long business trips.

The location is excellent! There's a food street right next to the hotel, and it's only about 700-800 meters from Jinjiang's famous Sunshine Night Market. Food, drinks, and entertainment are all very convenient around here. Personally, I think the hotel's overall environment and facilities exceeded my expectations for the price. The hygiene was generally good, and the room decor and design were also nice.

Xueyou concert to live, close to the venue, free bus to the opposite of the hotel after the break, very convenient. The hotel is very cost-effective. The rooms are large, spacious and clean with complete facilities. The breakfast delivered is full of sincerity. Hotel service is also very good. Except that it is a bit far from the old district of West Street, there is nothing wrong with it.

was a nice experience to stay for two night in this Hotel. The front desk lady was very helpful and she was able to speak English which is the best thing as we speak zero chinese. Very clean and the lobby smells just so beautiful

I chose this hotel for a weekend trip with my child, and I must say, the one-day stay was a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and told me all about the nearby shops and tourist attractions. I casually mentioned preferring a firmer pillow, and to my surprise, they immediately swapped it out for a buckwheat pillow. The room was very clean and had no strange odors, which is super important when traveling with kids. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and my child loved it, thumbs up!

Family room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom has all marble features. Bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast. Very attentive service.

Traveling with family and friends for the National Day holiday, the check-in process at the front desk was incredibly inefficient. It took nearly 15 minutes to check in for three rooms, and they even switched staff members twice during the process. In the end, there was still an error with the registration, showing how unfamiliar they were with the procedures. To top it off, we found steel wire in the mung bean soup at breakfast – absolutely disgusting!

The hotel was clean and tidy, but the facilities were a bit old, especially the shower system. The environment wasn't great; we were unlucky, perhaps because the room next door was occupied by a bride, making it impossible to sleep. The second night was another wedding banquet, with singing in the banquet hall past 10 pm. The hotel's soundproofing seemed very poor. However, we were very fortunate that the front desk staff were extremely helpful. They proactively helped us change rooms on the first day and apologized on the second day. The hotel director even personally contacted the wedding organizers. In short, we are very grateful for the warm service from the front desk staff.
