The accommodation is in a really new neighbourhood a fairly easy walk or bus from the centre of Quanzhou. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The foyer is filled with Dehua porcelain statuettes and the walls have some classic artwork on them. I stayed in the male dorm. Everything was very clean. My main irritation was someone or people smoked in both the dorm as well as the bathroom. Pretty unnecessary when it’s only 20 metres to go outside. The complimentary breakfast was vegetarian, which was fine by me. Again I must say the boss or gentleman on the desk was ever so obliging. It was a good base to visit the sights of the city over the course of a few days. My photos include the dorm as well as the canteen where breakfast is served.
