I was drawn in by the great reviews of this place so decided to book it for our trip to Quanzhou - so the plus is that the location is indeed central, and if you are a solo traveller or a couple the room is definitely big enough for you. We booked the Loft family room and found it a little cramped as there isn't seating like a sofa or anything, just a desk and a chair. The toilet design was also a little odd as the door is a glass door with just a short swathe of frosting/decal to cover the midsection. Again, OK if you are alone or a couple but otherwise just weird. Staff were responsive if you could get hold of them, the cleaning was sporadic in that it wasn't very thorough and sometimes things weren't replenished. Note that the location of the hotel is in an alleyway, not accessible by car. You have to drag your luggage on a cobbled street for almost 100m or so to get to the main entrance.

This is a very unique homestay hotel. It has everything we need. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful too. It is nearby to some local restaurants which also not far away from walking to the main road. I t just that the distance is more to the east and may need to take some time to walk to the west street.

The B&B environment is very comfortable, clean and sanitary! The alley outside is where the locals eat

The B&B is not very mature, the location is good, the rooms are simple, it is very noisy at night, the sound insulation is not good, and the noise of life is still very loud at one or two o'clock. The price of more than 300 yuan is not recommended. It is better to find a hotel to stay when traveling to Quanzhou.

When I travel alone, I never stay in a hotel. A good B&B is much better than those hotels that cost thousands of yuan... What's the advantage? Because I entered the room, I found what I was looking for. My own loft should also feel like this in the future... First of all, let's talk about the service. It is really friendly to tourists. There are hand-drawn maps and a list of nearby food stores. The details are full to help foreign tourists avoid spoilers and go straight to the main points... In terms of environment, the courtyard and lobby are remarkable. The most eye-catching thing is the healing quotes everywhere on the wall... I really want to slow down time here and stay a little longer. The small duplex structure of my room is also what I yearn for the most, and what I hope my own "home" should look like... And the angle of the downlight in the room is just right, creating a studio-like light and shadow effect, which is very good... The location is adjacent to West Street, very close to the intersection of Quanzhou Bell Tower, and it takes only two steps to reach West Street Food Street. It is very suitable for professional photographers like me who like to eat and take pictures while shopping... The schedule is too tight, and there is no time to stay for a few more days. I leave this text and sincerely recommend it. If you come to Quanzhou, you must come to Huaxi😊

The boss is very nice. He added the contact information a few days in advance and sent me the route instructions. I found it immediately when I arrived. It was just a few dozen meters away after getting off the bus. When I arrived at the B&B early in the morning, the two bosses were cleaning up. I was still worried about the hygiene of the B&B, but after seeing the cleaning process, I felt relieved and went out for a walk and came back at night. I was surprised when I entered the room. It was much bigger than the one in the picture. The room was on the upper and lower floors. It was very warm. The price increase during the May Day holiday was understandable. The room was around 700, which I think is quite cost-effective. I will choose Huaxi next time I come to Quanzhou (the boss's guide is very attentive, and the recommended routes and food are also very reliable! Highly recommended!!!)

The environment is quiet and it is located in an alley in a residential area, which reminds me of the poem "A winding path leads to a secluded place". As soon as I entered the courtyard, I could smell the fragrance of flowers. It was the rainy season when I came, and the fragrance of flowers irrigated by the spring rain was even more refreshing, which greatly relieved the fatigue of the journey. The B&B is located near the center of the old city, which is very convenient to go everywhere. When I checked in, I was given a guide to shopping and eating, and the owner's explanation and guidance provided a lot of help for the two-day tour. It was a very pleasant journey.

The boss is gentle and the service is thoughtful. The environment is beautiful, clean and tidy. The surroundings are very quiet. It is very close to the attractions. It takes about ten minutes to walk to West Street. It is very cost-effective and worth recommending to everyone

Before the trip, the boss contacted us and sent us an introduction to Quanzhou and a public account to book the puppet show. A hand-drawn map is provided after arriving at the hotel. The B&B is in a strategic location, right in the ancient city area, near the clock tower, and there is delicious vinegar pork in a box at the door. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. Walking and a small white car are enough to travel around the ancient city. I had a great time traveling this time. Quanzhou is delicious and fun. I will come again next time.

In the West Street urban area, it is a 10-minute walk from the clock tower. There are also small electric donkeys for rent at the door, and the location is quite convenient. It is very artistic to experience the red-walled old houses in the old city. The decoration of the homestay has left many designs suitable for taking pictures. You can watch the sunset on the rooftop, and the atmosphere is full. The store is run by two young men. They have prepared route instructions early, asked about the arrival time, and turned on the air conditioner in advance. These service details are good! However, there is a small suggestion. The curtains in the room are not dark enough. It is already very bright at 6 o'clock in the morning when all are drawn, which affects sleep a little.

From the moment I entered the door, I was shocked by the door, full of childhood memories; after entering the door, it was another surprise, clean and tidy, with a romantic feeling; the room was filled with warmth! There is a sunny laundry room in the courtyard, a small tea room for everyone to relax, and a platform on the second floor of the tea room with a view of the beautiful scenery. The sofa 🛋️ space in front of the front desk for a drink when you are tired of shopping in the evening is very thoughtful.
