地段很好，來泉州遊玩很方便，酒店周邊很多吃的，房間彩光好衞生幹淨，床墊軟軟的很好睡，大姐們也比較熱情。

酒店大堂非常乾淨，裝修很棒，是我喜歡的風格。酒前台的小姐姐還給我升級了房型 真好，住在這裏非常舒服，酒店工作人員都很熱情，很有禮貌，服務真棒，交通還挺方便的，房間床品枕頭都很舒適，住在這裏感覺睡眠質量都好了，房間有免費的礦泉水。

酒店離景區都很近，非常方便吃飯購物，到開元寺打滴滴也就十幾塊錢，酒店門口也有公交車站，也有共享單車和電動車可以租，房間大設施好，服務態度好，總體都很好。

這家維也納還是一如既往得好，不管是前台服務還是樓上服務員都很親切，房間打掃的也乾淨，還有自助洗衣房，很方便👍

隔音非常差，對面的房間一直到凌晨還開着門打牌，吵的要死，跟總枱反映了4次也解決不了，可見管理水平和人員處理能力之差
