入住那天剛好碰上熱水有問題，影響一家人的洗漱，還有就是建議酒店早餐加點粉面炒飯等飽腹食物

從晚上八點多入住到十一點，一直沒有水。一開始沒有水，後來衹有涼水，還是黃色的水，根本不能用。打電話給前台，前台一開始説水壓不足，後來又説片區停水。問哪個片區也不説。就算是片區停水，沒有提前通知嗎，而且也沒有補償方案，説要申請，結果等到第二天也沒有回覆。既然我付了錢，你們酒店也明明白白寫着熱水淋浴供應，不管是片區的問題還是酒店本身的問題，酒店沒有做好準備和應急工作，難道不應該做賠償嗎？還有前台的服務態度也很差！我説再給我一張房卡，沒有任何迴應，一句等一下都沒有，就把我晾在旁邊，雖然最後把卡給我了，但是兩個前台全程都在聊天！這是我第一次給一個酒店差評！真的太糟糕了
