在泉州算是比較好的酒店，出門公交很方便，去開元寺、少林寺、清源山都有直達公交。到火車站出酒店大門就有直達公交。早餐品種多有特色，房間過道都擺放了多種水果，住酒店有一種回家的感覺

多年前曾住過廈航系統的酒店，印象不錯。這次入住泉州這家廈航酒店前卻有些忐忑：雖然位置很好，緊鄰古城，出入方便，周邊飲食商業俱全，但畢竟酒店建造較早，不知能否提供令人滿意的服務？不過，進入酒店稍做觀察，所有的疑慮都消除了。酒店的設施維護保持着很高水準，由外及內整齊潔凈。房間陳設較為雅緻，潔具升級，卧床舒適，門窗嚴密，空調運作平穩，清風宜人。對於老年人而言，不存在影響睡眠的因素。留下更良好印象的，一是這家酒店將房間清潔衞生的標準及操作程序公之於眾，便利客人瞭解和對照督促，體現出將管理細節落實到位的真心努力。二是精心精作的系列介紹泉州主要景點、美食餐廳地址路線的引導條，客人在大廳裏可隨意摘取，在問路或打車時方便使用。三是在酒店住宿期間，正逢五一旅遊旺季，但不論前台或樓層，所遇服務人員都是熱情及時，專業高效，顯示了酒店整體管理體系的可靠性。
