設施：衞生間乾濕分離，有智能馬桶，但衞生間小，沒有洗澡用的拖鞋。
衞生：衞生好。
環境：整體環境還可以。
服務：服務好，出去吃早餐時，告訴阿姨補充一次性頭套，吃完早餐回來，已經搞好衞生了，每個服務員、停車場保安服務都非常好，非常熱情，退房時漏了一件衣服，阿姨馬上打電話通知我們拿。

酒店位置好，到景點交通方便。入住時服務很好，而且酒店提供了非常方便的小紙條訊息，可以直接瞭解到常去景點的交通及其有關的基本訊息，非常方便外地來的旅遊者。早餐比較豐富，當地的花樣多。

房間儘管不大，但設施較齊全，我們住了三晚，天天來打掃，添加物品，真的很好，而且處在市中心，出行很方便？灑店工作人員態度極好，很親切，尤其是餐廳經理，是個女同志，像家人一樣關心、照顧我們，我們四個長者都是七十歲以上的。感到很温暖，第一次來泉州旅遊，感受到了這個城市的温暖，謝謝了！

同樣是四星酒店。比起國際的五星酒店副牌，local四星真的yyds，設施，房型大小，服務真的都緊逼五星酒店。這次是當地的人推薦了廈航酒店。作為天鷺的小會員還是好感很高的。入住後真的太驚艷了。酒店提供了很多關於泉州的小周邊和tips，真的很適合我這種沒有做攻略就來玩的人。太貼心了

酒店位置好，離哪都方便，前台服務人員個個彬彬有禮，耐心周到，因為有長者還專門送來了小凳子，方便長者洗澡，前台小姐姐為了方便我們照顧長者，還給升了套房，給予所有的服務沒有一個工作人員要求我們給好評，真正的做到真心服務，酒店電梯口有新鮮的免費水果，房間乾淨，物品品質都很好，早餐也很豐富，來泉州一定要住廈航酒店
