設施：設施齊全，可拎包入住，符合描述。
衞生：衞生條件很好，清掃也很及時，客房物品都會及時更換。
環境：大堂寬敞乾淨，還有許多展品。酒店位置離泉州古城很近，適合遊客入住。
服務：比我住過的五星級酒店服務還好，前台熱情，禮賓處的小哥也殷勤。外賣有小機器人送到客房門口，每層樓還有礦泉水、水果和零食供大家取用。行李寄存也是免費的。
特別感謝5.23日在禮賓處幫助我們的工作人員，我們退房之後去景點，突降大雨，我們回來取行李的時候全都淋濕了，那位小哥一直在幫我們拿袋子、收拾行李、幫忙看孩子，還給我們倒了咖啡，在服務其他客人的同時還一直關照我們到離開酒店，真的非常感謝他熱情周到的服務（沒記錯的話他的名字應該是“培基”，實在抱歉沒有記住姓）。有機會還會打電話感謝的。
總之就是很推薦，不會踩雷。

這間酒店設施太老舊房間小窗户近對着小區住户基本不敢開窗簾，停車場道路車位狹窄通道上還停車，不過服務員服務還可以礦泉水和水果點心無限供應應該點贊，酒店旁邊就是美食街。

泉州廈門航空酒店位置還是不錯的，在市中心的地方，酒店設施比較完備，酒店衞生環境也很不錯，酒店早餐也比較豐富

廈航酒店是值得推薦的，先從地理位置上説，距離西街衹有一公里左右的車程，出酒店門左手轉彎步行5分鐘都不要就是美食街，吃飯可以説是相當方便了，酒店房務不得不誇一下，做的真是乾淨整潔，一塵不染，從地毯，馬桶，床務的狀態就可以看出來做的很仔細，難怪要三點以後才可入住，確實可以相信廈航的服務，服務真的是亮點，親切，友好，周到，謙虛，有禮，這次來泉州最後一天家裡人發燒問酒店醫務室借用體温表，沒過五分鐘就有工作人員電話打來詢問病情，後熬了一大碗薑湯送上門，酒店大堂的工作人員也很熱情周到，早餐的服務員也是周到，有禮。每天晚上一出電梯就可以看到工作人員放在電梯口的水果和自取的礦泉水，這樣細緻的服務真的要為他們點👍🏻來説説硬件，房間裏讓我們這次最滿意的就是衞生間的設施和用品。還有床上用品，一看就是好東西，真心説航空公司對品質還是有要求的。酒店早餐也是非常豐富和好味，當地特色可以試試麪線糊和花生湯，不比外面的做的差。還有我們要走的這天忘記把一次性口罩拿出來上飛機的時候用，問大堂經理有沒有口罩，速度很快為我們送來了。這三天可以説發生了不少事，但他們真的可以做到事事有迴應，樁樁有交代。總之我和老公一致認為這是一間相當靠譜的酒店，硬件軟件都非常棒，我們覺得性價比還是很高的，以後有機會來還會入住。由於媽媽病了所以有些匆忙沒有拍照片，但我看了攜程的照片和酒店的實際情況沒什麼兩樣，如果要我説最後一句我想説你可以永遠相信廈航。
