酒店地理位置非常好，出門左拐步行可達古城區，周邊小吃店也很多。同時安全管理嚴格，外賣人員是不允許送餐進客房的。酒店服務人員都很親切、細緻有禮貌。
負責客房打掃的李巧雲阿姨服務周到，打掃準時又乾淨，非常親切。

房間乾淨， 位置極佳， 服務一流， 設施到位， 我們選擇這酒店有乾淨的游泳池和健身房. 泰國菜煮得很好吃。 本來是住一個晚上就要到別的城市， 結果整天下雨被留住， 再續住時 前台經理免費升級我們的房間， 真友善和服務周到！特別給前台的陳小姐點贊！ 早餐的各種西式糕點味道很到位！ 給糕點師傅點贊！來泉州的朋友們記得去嚐嚐喔！

酒店地理位置很好，入住的時候還提供一張紙質地圖百標註了周邊的吃住玩很清晰，服務不錯，剛好入住的時候是生日，還很温馨的送了一個生日蛋糕，就是酒店設施有點陳舊其他都很不錯，開元市，西街都很方便

在泉州住了一晚，衹想説好喜歡這個小城市，可惜時間不夠。酒店風格比較復古，房間面積比較小，我們住的東暉樓三樓，看不到雙塔。地理位置很方便哦，在古城裡，出門就可以坐小白車，招手即停或者小程序預約，到開元寺和西街都很近，周圍各種飯店和小吃。
