地理位置特別好，離景點非常近。老闆人也好，還免費升級了房間。

位置在古城內，去西街、鐘樓、開元寺等景點都很方便，步行幾百米可到附近公交站；
民宿頂層可以直接看到開元寺東西塔，視野很開闊；
複式單人間房間相當於是單人間的青旅，上床下桌，空間不大但設施齊全，住起來也還算舒服，總體來説體驗不錯；

位置：
位置真的沒話説，在樓頂天台還能看到東西兩
塔，到西街衹要5分鐘，距離最近熱播劇裏主人公莊潔的家也很近，附近很多咖啡廳和有趣的店。
性價比：
為了看蔡依林Q演唱會定的，又碰到五一，日常200-300的價格直接翻了2，3倍，有點肉疼。
服務：
老闆還是挺熱情的，有問題及時處理，還發了景點、美食的攻略。店裡的4位貓店員也是很有責任心，讓人賓至如歸，但是如果不喜歡貓不建議來這家入住。
房間設施：
民宿內部、房間整體有很多破損需要修復，比如房間一些裝飾畫已經壞了隨意擺在地上落灰、燈具開關不是很靈光、傢俱地板出現磕碰傷痕等等不影響居住，就是看得有些膈應。
衞生：
還算過得去。

怎麼説呢，房間格局是好的，很適合獨自旅行的人，但是…老闆真的不考慮修繕下房子麼？房間裏一股黴味，牆壁都是黴的，被子枕頭是潮的，紙巾全是濕的…空調除濕也根本拯救不了…桌子樓梯都不乾淨擦出來一層灰…雖然老闆周到的發了一堆攻略，但也挽回不了硬件設施的不堪…

衞生非常的差，一進去床上就有一衹蜘蛛🕷️
然後衞生間也很臟，洗澡的地方衹有一個塑料的簾子，就是那種公共澡堂的感覺。
拖鞋沒有一次性的拖鞋，是塑料拖鞋，都不知道上一個穿的人是怎麼樣的，總之很噁心。

房間沒得説咱就睡二晚而且價格也不貴，就是設施差一點點公共衞浴介意的就別去，老闆人東北人實在養了三衹貓二衹狗，喜歡擼貓的可以，老闆會把各種攻略發給你而且西街的景點離住宿的地方也不遠能讓你避坑，下次過來還選擇他家。

房間開着窗户也不太通風，有點味道。廁所空間比較狹窄，洗髮露是蜂花好評。店裡有三衹貓，其中一衹小橘特別親人。前台老是不在，有時候得打電話找哈哈哈哈哈
