The best thing about this hotel is the staff .They are so warm and welcoming and very helpful. The head of housekeeping, a lovely woman, even brought me some of her own coffee and also brought me black tea for breakfast since I am a Laowei! 😉😇☘. The location is beautiful, by the lake, the hotel decor is exquisite, the hygiene standard is top class and inside and outside is splendidly maintained . Five stars for sure .Thank you to the kind staff once again. 🌺🙏🌺

Good stay and convenient location for food and some shopping. Love the vibe too. The most amazing part is when we depart to xiamen from quanzhou. We had too many luggages and worried that we cannot fit in a sedan but cannot get a 7 seater. The reception used their own account to help us book as we only have 1 alipay account. The drama was drastic but was made easy by the receptionist. Special thanks to them. They even offered the hotel wechat for us to connect to make sure we can reach xiamen safely.

Traveling for work, this was a great option in the heart of Quanzhou. Very close to food street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downsides would be only two elevators for whole facility and breakfast was average.

It seemed like it was at least a four-star hotel, so I felt relieved. But the result... it's hard to describe. Let’s talk about the advantages first. The service is just okay, although it is slightly worse than other star hotels. A little less enthusiastic, but okay. Although it looks old from the outside, it should be newly renovated inside, and the facilities and supplies are pretty good. The bedding is also okay and it's quite comfortable to sleep on. Let’s talk about the shortcomings, this is fatal for a star hotel... 1. There is a KTV on the 4th and 5th floors of the hotel... It is said to be outsourced. I stayed on the 8th floor and the subwoofer singing sound was clearly audible in the middle of the night. I woke up at 1:30 and was still singing. I could only wear noise-canceling headphones to sleep. , which resulted in me tossing and turning all night, not sleeping well, and getting up with a headache in the morning. It’s hard to imagine that the entire hotel guests have to endure this noise… 2. Maybe I am afraid that the back of the hotel faces the air-conditioning unit and the like. The windows are opaque... very ugly, really ugly (see picture 1). It is self-defeating. It makes it look like the windowless rooms in ordinary small hotels. Similar. 3. The bathroom and bathroom doors can only be closed half way, which means you can either close the bathroom or the toilet. Except for this half of the sliding door, the outside is completely open (see Figure 2), and the privacy is extremely poor (there is also the smell of the bathroom) , the sound of dripping water in the bathroom can also be heard), not suitable for two friends to stay together. 4. It’s been a bit cold in Quanzhou recently, and the air conditioner didn’t work. I turned it on at 28 degrees, and the air outlet was cold... No one could explain why. All in all, I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. I hope that as a star hotel, it can at least reach the level of Hampton by Hilton and Holiday Inn.

A new hotel that I can really recommend. All facilities you expect will function satisfactorily. The friendly welcome, quick check-in and a short introduction where you can find or use something immediately gives you a relaxed feeling and puts you at ease. Nice clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms and public areas have a fast stable wifi connecting. The lobby has a nice sitting area and a separate quiet area for afternoon tea or small snacks. wait staff are very service minded and pay attention to personal details. A very varied breakfast buffet with high-quality food, even gourmets will appreciate this breakfast. We had a pleasant conversation with manager Wang, he was genuinely interested. We look forward to your next visit.

After reading the hotel evaluation reservation, I was really not disappointed. First of all, the front desk clerk in the hotel lobby was very polite and took the initiative to say hello. The lobby also has free scented tea. The taste is really good. The second room facilities are well-equipped, the sanitation is very clean, and the lighting effect is very good. The hotel is in a good location, very close to West Street, and it is very convenient to go out and play.

The environment is good, the location is also good, it is worth recommending. However, there is still room for improvement in the service. It is worth affirming that the application for a slightly delayed check-out is very enthusiastic and smooth. The breakfast variety is not rich, but a bowl of seafood noodles suits my taste...
