I love this hotel, so this is difficult to write... there needs to be attention paid to the facilities... The suite where we stayed... the tub was broken, leaking and stained. The sink temperature was scalding, after 30 seconds of use, and when it was moved to the cold side, it sputtered and spat before regaining composure. The sinks are WAY too small for the pressure out of those taps. The tiny toilet room's sink is a joke... water everywhere... and that was the suite. We ended up having to stay another night in room 202, and found that the fireplace doesn't work and the toilet, afyer flushing, keeps running because the plunger gets stuck and you have to remove the top to push it down. This is NOT how a hotel is supposed to feel... i felt like i was staying at an airbnb with little maintenace. Staff was wonderful, but mamagement and maintenence need to get their act together.

Clean room and was quite. The room could use a some hooks to hang coats and such. Bath otherwise very comfortable. Super convenient to everything Old Quebec has to offer. We had a lovely time.

Hotel Ste Anne was terrific! We loved the location in the heart of Old Quebec and loved our room. It was nicely updated with a lovely bathroom and stone wall feature. We enjoyed the keurig- style espresso in the room but also loved to get a second cup of coffee and croissants at Smith’s around the corner. The hotel has no parking, but we found a spot. We were happy with our spot but found a $90 ticket when we came back to the car. This is in no way a strike against this lovely hotel, but perhaps recommendations about where to park legally would be helpful. Perhaps we should have asked the staff at the front desk. We definitely plan to stay at Hotel Ste Anne on our future visits to Quebec City!

The hotel room was clean spacious and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was parking a full size pickup. If visiting this area I would suggest bringing a car and not a truck
