청결과 위치 호텔 분위기가 너무 좋았습니다. 수영장과 스파도 아이들이 너무 좋아 했어요. 직원분들도 친절하고 아침에 무료로 주는 신선한 사과와 바에 비치된 무료과자도 너무 만족했습니다. 보완할점은 티비가 너무 오래되어서 넷플,유트브,핸펀 연결을 전혀 할수 없었고 침대 매트리스가 너무 꺼져서 아침이면 두사람이 가운데 몰려 있네요^^

Made a road trip with family by train- stayed 2 nights and booked 3 rooms. False advertising on their website as it claimed would be their pleasure to pick you up/drop off at via train station/airplane by shuttle. Apparently not a thing as was told not today…twice on 2 different days. Pricing was rather expensive at 550 for 2 nights with taxes/fees per room. Beds were super comfy . Ran out of clean towels by the pool early on in the day and a monster heap of used towels were spilling out of the used towels holder. A rather disappointing experience, when you consider price and hotel supposed rating. When mentioned to the reception was told no we don’t offer shuttle service then backpedaled and was told only on rare occasions but never for pick up. She did indicate she would mention it to staff about towels at pool. No apologies, no we will do better…suspect my concern will fall on deaf ears.

Chambre petite, aucune douche alors que ça faisait mention qu’il y en avait une, vu sur le toit et la ventilation, aucun ménage n’a été fait entre les deux nuits de notre séjour, donc nous n’avions pas assez de débarbouillettes, de café, etc
Nous avons demandé des ustensiles et ne les avons jamais reçus à la chambre.
Le matelas est dur, le lavabo de salle de bain est bouché et se remplit très vite, il n’y a aucun fan dans la salle de bain, donc l’humidité s’accumule.
J’avais des attentes très élevées considérant la réputation de l’hôtel, mais j’ai trouvé l’installation beaucoup moins moderne et contemporain que ce à quoi je m’attendais.
L’accueil du personnel est toutefois irréprochable. Les membres du personnel sont accueillants, souriants et nous font sentir les bienvenus.
