酒店是自助式入住的，沒有前台，網上辦理入住後會給你開門密碼。位置也可以，去哪裡都方便，説實話設施還是不錯的，有廚房用具，鍋碗瓢盆都全，有洗衣機烘乾機，電視節目也很多。但是，我入住時房間居然沒有打掃乾淨，床品沒換，床單枕套都是睡過的褶子和頭髮，垃圾沒收拾，垃圾桶裏都滿了。立即向攜程投訴，攜程的客服小哥哥非常負責任的幫我聯繫酒店管理人員，但酒店的回覆太差勁，真是沒辦法。表揚攜程的客服，謝謝你們！酒店差評，但攜程絕對好評。

Great localisation, super clean and easy to check in. Bring your bag of tea or coffee if you need one, nothing in the kitchen.

Horrible service, there is nobody there to do the check-in. I had to wait for more than one hour to receive the code to get into the unit. There is no parking available nearby so while I was upstairs, the police came to my car and they gave me a notice of parking infraction. I also had to pay a mandatory deposit to get the access codes, and I am still waiting for the refund.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Comme a chaque fois que je viens en visite à Québec, je ne manque aucun un occasion pour louer un loft au Lofts St-Joseph. Pour la proximité des lieux, aux centre-ville (basse-ville), l'accès aux transports au commun, mais surtout pour la beauté des lieux, l'espace, les commodités, la paix, la propriété, et j'en passe, il ne faut pas manquer d'y faire une location. Un bijou pour le même prix qu"une chambre standard au h*ilton donc ca vaut vraiment la peine d'aller au loft st-joseph.

Spacious apartment with nicely updated furnishings. Bed was comfy and the bedrooms very dark and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Although if traveling with another couple or kids the bedrooms don’t offer much privacy as there are no doors, just a curtain. Rooms are on the opposite side of the apartment; however, there’s only one bathroom located next to one of the bedrooms. WiFi signal was very weak, never allowing us to connect.

Tres beau loft , pres du vieu quebec et de la gare du palais et restaurant le Charbon .Je le conseil a tout le monde ,espace spacieu et tres propre et on dirais que ses frais rénové . Approximité , il y a une epicerie / pharmacie / SAQ et aussi tres bon cafe et petit dejeuner a 2 porte du loft . Parfais pour aller visiter le vieu quebec , nous sommes allez en 15 minute de marche .

We had a great stay. Our unit was so spacious and charming. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a breakfast place just next door. We had a little bit of a hard time getting an Uber but they dont seem to be very popular in Quebec as they are in Montreal. Would definitely stay here again.
