Best hotel ever. No worries about food, both streets filled with cuisine to choose from. Very chill hotel, laundry, gym room, best amenities, best part they even provided oven-mini pantry with washing sink. Impressed the toilet facilities from basin to wall tiles and flooring, everything were so fine and well designed. Amazingly detailed I can’t help not to take photos!! Love the decor was surprised by the ambiance along lift to your hotel room. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

After staying for two nights, there was no cleaning. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, the shower was rickety and the service staff did not repair it. There are no advantages except the location. Unsatisfactory accommodation experience

The hotel is just above the underground city. It is convenient to go anywhere. The location is excellent. The breakfast is great. There is nothing else to praise. When I entered the room and opened the closet, I found that there was a water leak in the closet, and the place where the slippers were placed was wet. I called the service to find out The phone was broken, so I went downstairs to the front desk, and the front desk asked me to go back to the room, saying that the waiter had returned to the room to deal with it, so I went back to the room and waited for 10 minutes and no one came, so I went downstairs and told the front desk, the front desk was indifferent, not at all. Quel séjour incroyable, c’était plus que parfait!! La déco juste WoW! Le staff est tellement gentil! L’hôtel est très bien situé, on ne pouvait pas trouver mieux! Stationnement juste à côté de l’hôtel. Les cocktails et amuses-gueules au Bijou en valent vraiment la peine, ne manquez surtout pas ça! N’hésitez pas à loger dans cet hôtel, vous serez époustouflé et enchanté! Merci Monsieur Jean!!

We run out of water for hours could not take a shower after a walk under cold rain, next morning same, the water came back in mid afternoon, the staff is exceptional, the hotel is very nice not my fist choice to dark and you have to be a big fan of Royal Blue colour. Unfortunately the lack of info on when the water will get fix was not very clear, we wait and wait till we give up and left to not loose a afternoon with only 2 night in Quebec City. On a $935.00 bill they comp $60.00

We are sad to leave this absolutely beautiful hotel! We loved everything, the decor is unique and unforgettable and the service was a ten out of ten!! The location in old Quebec is perfect allowing one to walk everywhere. We really cannot say enough to recommend this hotel.
