It was the best and cleanest hotel I stayed in while traveling in Quebec.
All of the staff were friendly.
I'm quite sensitive to cleanliness... I think I'll probably book this place next time I travel to Quebec.
It's a bit far from Old Quebec, but it's only a 30-minute walk while listening to music, and taxi fares are cheap, so it doesn't seem like a burden.

Le personnel et les chambres sont très bien. Malheureusement l'hôtel fait des rénovation. Notre chambre était au 1er étage et à 6:30 du matin des travailleurs débutaient les travaux au plafond donc sous notre lit. Impossible de dormir. J'ai appelée la réception qui m'a dit ne pouvoir rien faire! La vue de la chambre donnait sur une petite rue où il y'a de l'itinérance , on entend malheureusement parler et ce n'est pas agréable. Prévoir des bouchons si vous êtes sensible aux bruits.. Ce sera surement plus agréable une fois les rénovations terminés. Sans les bruit de construction j'aurais donnée une étoile de plus.

Place was quite large and spacious. Staff were all very kind. Room was clean, place looks fresh, washroom clean. Room was a tad cold at night ... there was a tiny tiny heater but it is in the bathroom and couldnt heat anything up for the life of it, but the thick blankets was enough to keep warm throughout the night. Overall pleasant experience and would book again. Location is close enough to old Quebec and we just walked to the attractions. Some shops nearby if you need any items or food. Great place
