The hotel's location in the city center is very convenient, but the appearance and facilities of the hotel are very average and dilapidated. The room hygiene is average and dusty and needs more cleaning. The overall appearance and facilities of the hotel need to be renovated.

Ma troisieme visite a cet établissement.
Bel accueil a la reception.
Instructions claires au sujet des règles de la maison.
La chambre est de bonne grandeur.
Lit confortable.
La chambre est tres propre.
Tv intelligente ou il est possible de se brancher sur nos divers comptes.
Chambre au premier donc pas besoin d’ascenseur.
machine a café a besoin d’être rajeuni en plus du cafe pas tres buvable.
Le fauteuil pour s’asseoir au bureau devrait être jetté tellement il est usé.
Dans la salle de bain, la douche est dans un bain haut qu’il faut enjamber.
Les escaliers étaient poussiéreux contrairement a la chambre ou la propreté fut impeccable , ce qui et le plus important pour moi.
L’établissement est tres bien situé sur la grande allée.

Easy check in and check out, nice and helpful staff. Convenient location for dining and visiting the old Quebec area. Very slow wifi internet. The condition of the room was only OK, the bed had a broken leg and other appliances were also in bad condition. Parking also OK. Not to lowd. In general terms, the place is good enough to stay for a short period of time.
