Unilofts Grande-Allee

The hotel's location in the city center is very convenient, but the appearance and facilities of the hotel are very average and dilapidated. The room hygiene is average and dusty and needs more cleaning. The overall appearance and facilities of the hotel need to be renovated.

The lights were dark, but it was comfortable to stay.

When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We only came back after calling. There was no elevator, no elevator, no elevator, but the boss was kind enough to help us move up. The room was so small that two suitcases could barely fit

L’hôtel dans l’ensemble est bon, propre, très bien placé avec de quoi manger le long de la grande avenue. Le personnel est SUPER gentil, vraiment ils sont au petit soin, nous sommes venus les embêter 3x pour des renseignements, couverts pour le petit déjeuner… Le monsieur a toujours su nous répondre. Maintenant, la chambre. Tout est correct, le lit est très bien, la salle de bain il y a tout ce qu’il faut mais la ventilation était trop visible avec le rafistolage autour de la VMC. Niveau isolation… Aïe aïe aïe… On entend tout ! La salle de bain, les prouts (non j’deconne), les bruits de pas, les valises qui roulent… Bref on sent que c’est ancien. Mention spécial au concert du mini frigo qui a duré toute la nuit, au moins il y en a 1 car nous avions des produits frais. En bref pour le prix (70$ soit 50€ la nuit) c’est vraiment sympa même si un petit rafraîchissement ferait du bien à l’hôtel !

The accommodation is good and could use some attention (renovation)

The bedding needs to be completely reviewed. The smell of food is everywhere in the hotel… The staff is extremely nice but after 11:00 p.m.… no one else! For parking, you need a small car. Otherwise, it doesn't come in. I won't go back there.
