Everything was walkable from the property. Cute little room with a very comfortable bed. Condition of the bathrobes left something to be desired, but housekeeping was on it and we appreciated that!

The room was lovely and the hotel charming. The staff were friendly, helpful and interesting. The breakfast was perfect, the coffee delicious and reminded me of earlier visits to France. We were delighted with the location although the climb up the hill could be challenging.

Stayed in a junior suite 3 nights. Hotel is very well maintained and clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice touches like full size umbrellas in the closet. Very convenient location in the lower old city. Good breakfast, selection of coffee and teas etc. Very quiet

Très bien placé pour visiter Québec. Endroit calme et agréable. Belle chambre avec une decoration qui nous a bien plu avec un melange de brique et de peinture. Petit déjeuner copieux et bouteilles d’eau à disposition. Personnel de l’hotel disponible.

Great location, the hotel was full of character and felt really comfortable and relaxed. The staff were helpful and courteous. We had a more spacious room which had every amenity. I don't think I have ever stayed in such a quite hotel we were in room 51 on the 5th floor.

A gem of a boutique hotel (a historic building, used to be a private mansion of a famous architect ) in the charming old town of Québec City. Very attentive and knowledgeable personnel. Rooms very comfortable and decorated in good taste. Good breakfast. I would highly recommend it to all.

I really must begin with the level of service we received from Hotel Priori. Every employee greeted us with a big smile and a “bonjour!” The hotel is spotless. It has a very nice continental breakfast room which opens each morning with a wonderful assor**ent of breakfast items. We had a suite, which was absolutely wonderful. A large TV area with 2 chairs, king bed and bathroom with wonderful shower with rainfall shower head and a self cleaning jacuzzi bathtub. We did have a small event that can be chalked up to human error. I will just say that the hotel handled our problem perfectly and profusely apologized. Everybody makes mistakes. It’s how you handle your customer afterwards that separates the great hotels from the average. Hotel Priori is a great hotel. We will definitely stay here again during future visits to Quebec City. Many thanks for a great 3 nights!

The hotel is quaint and charming. The included breakfast lovely! We ordered a bottle of excellent wine up to the room with snacks for a reasonable price. Upon check in the clerk changed our room as requested, even though ******* would not. Recommend booking directly with the hotel - same price and more flexible.
