No reception person. HOTEL WHICH PROMOSES TO BE AUTONOMOUS...bring your screwdriver to set a door bell to open WITH A CODE, same as the main entrance door.
Code communicated by text message, late, if there is a problem we can call -＞ answering machine which tells us to write a text message! A hard time…
Except cleanliness, not recommended for human contact!
Bring your tools??? The staff to whom I wrote and even managed to speak were informed of our dissatisfaction…

Our room was very clean which was nice. The bed was pretty hard, but well appointed. We could hear people while walking the halls, but in our room, it was very quiet.
I had thought that there would be someone on premises at some point, but that was an incorrect assumption. At no point was there anyone there, but you could get a response over text within a half hour and housekeeping brought what we needed. Additionally, since there is no one there, they do allow you to store your bags, but it is in an unsecured area of the hotel common space.
Overall, it was a nice, clean, and well run hotel and we would stay there again. There just really is no one there. And if you're planning to store your bags, know that they will not be stored securely.

Superbe hôtel plein de charme. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Emplacement rêvé à 10 min à pied du vieux Québec. La possibilité de payer une place de parking avec le qr code est très pratique. Il manque un peu de contact humain mais pour une nuit c’était très bien. Merci encore.
