One of the reason we booked your hotel is that we called the customer service and they told us you could keep our luggage for more than one day. However, you didn’t do that. We have four 28 inch suitcases and we need to find another place to keep them even though we have reservation again after two days. That was a terrible experience!

Don’t stay here. This should not be a Bonvoy hotel. Virtually no staff on duty, no manager and nobody cares. Not a nice experience. Renovated rooms were comfortable. Hotel food and drink were good. Lack of staff inexcusable. Just not up to Marriott standards.

The Hotel Rumbao is a recently renovated hotel which has exquisitely tapped into the heart of Old San Juan. It has great views of the bay with cruise ships docking right outside the hotel. Behind the hotel is the center of old San Juan. The city’s waterfront walkway is right out the front door. There is a restaurant bar with an outdoor area overlooking the water. There was excellent music and authentic food. The beaches are a 10 minute ride away. All the sights of the old city are a short walk away. I’ve found the go to hotel for Old San Juan.
