Close enough to city centre, very modern & clean. Easy self access too

We enjoyed our stay here it was well presented and everything was at hand.

Would not book again. Not clean. Plates were dirty and 4 items were chipped. Tea and coffee provided but no sugar and no milk. Toilet roll was empty so had to do that too. Under bed was drink caps and other assorted rubbish . Found this when I dropped my earring and was looking. The aircon was absolutely noisy and had to switch off and use the extra blanket which was chucked in top cupboard in a ball. Very expensive for a shoe box studio with a hard bed. The apartment had amazing views across the lake and out to the mountains and golf course. The living and bedroom space were a good size and the large bed comfortable. The heat pump kept the whole apartment warm but we did need the boost of the fire a few times. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and the short walk into town helped us take advantage of the many cafes and restaurants. The bathroom was adequate, we prefer a more powerful shower and the underfloor heating luxurious! An allocated parking space meant we didn’t have to stress about parking and only used the car to head out of town. The shutters pulls back between the bedroom and the living space meant the views could be enjoyed from bed with your early morning coffee. This apartment would not be suitable for wheelchairs as there are steps from the lounge up to the bathroom and bedroom. The property was exceptionally clean right through. This place has late check out of 11am.

Was a bit confused when searching for the hotel - is called QS Jade but is also called Pounamu apartments? Great parking available. Not very central - quite a long walk back up from town. When we arrived nothing was working - had to check with reception to find out that the power was out (maybe a note in the booked rooms saying there was a power outage may be helpful?). No cutlery supplied - don't know if this is normal, but we had to ask for spoons etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was modern, clean, tidy, warm.

The property was easy to access and it was nice to have a washer and drier in the unit (shared by both units). We found it was clean but small compared to what the pictures lead you to believe. The bed was firmer which to us was not comfortable. The place is walkable to downtown to access shopping and restaurants.

Great location.

Room was large and felt at home. 15 min walk into town.

Good walkable distance from Queenstown. Good view. Easy parking. A couple of things need fixing. Fridge door, gas fire takes a few goes to light. But on the whole nice cosy appartement.
