Good location and hotel. Stayed here for 1 night and the hotel was easy to locate. Rooms were big and had smart tv. Good location from the city Center.

The lobby is very warm and comfortable. The lake view balcony room is honest and beautiful. The food and milk delivered to the room are fast and delicious.

Went with my family. The lady who checked in was very enthusiastic. She gave us red wine as a present. She also gave the child a card with chocolate hot drink, marshmallows and drawing toys. The hotel has a great sense of design. It is also very close to Queenstown attractions. It is very convenient. Highly recommended

We are very dissatisfied with our lake view suite. The building in front basically blocks our lake view. I don't know why we are on such a low floor, which results in a very poor view. The lake view suite we booked has this kind of lake view and it is amazing.

Two nights in total
Hygiene: Basically no, the bathrobe is sour, the sofa is dirty, this is the first time I have seen no bedside towels on the second night of stay
The hotel does not have a doorman, and you have to climb a hill to get back to the hotel. The concierge does not provide proactive service. The facilities are newer than the Crowne Plaza, and overall it is worse than the Crowne Plaza. For reference.
