This is the hotel where I stayed the longest on this trip. The location is great! It's convenient to go everywhere. Since the weather was a bit cold on the first day, the air conditioning was not ideal, so the front desk brought an electric heater, which made me feel much more comfortable!

The average price of this hotel is 1600 per night, which is not cheap in Queenstown in the off-season, but the facilities are really bad. I was given a room on the seventh floor, and because of the building structure, I had to take the elevator to the sixth floor and then climb the stairs to the seventh floor. The bathtub floor drain in the room was broken and there were obvious signs of damage. The balcony of the room had a lake view, but it was not complete and was blocked by the ceiling. The breakfast was terrible. Not recommended.
