This hotel was the worst in my trip to New Zealand. It was not as good as a youth hostel, but the price was much more expensive than a youth hostel. On the main road in and out of Queenstown, the bus pick-up point is very close to the central area. The top floor room we stayed in had a great view of the lake. It was actually two stories high and there was no elevator. An Asian girl at the front desk helped us carry our luggage upstairs. She also repeatedly told us to inform them if we needed to take our luggage when we checked out. very warm.
