The room isn't that big though
The room had a refrigerator, kettle, and microwave, so I was able to do most things without having to go to the communal kitchen.
The shared shower room was also clean.
When the parking space in front of the room is full,

This is a wonderfully placed motel with great views that needs some inves**ent to bring it up to 3 or 4 stars. The room is big but tired, the stairs to it are not great for carrying luggage and a bit dingy. It also has a back packers which is adjacent, but we never stayed there. Potentially this could be a great place but it needs improved. 2.5 stars is probably fairer as it’s clean, warm and the views are fantastic - it just needs some TLC.

Probably one of the better value for money places in town. The location is amazing with it being just a 100 meters from downtown. Ample parking onsite and large rooms. It's not flash but who needs that when what you are looking for is an amazing view and a comfy bed. Again....it's not flash but it is clean, friendly reception and it has killer viewsmn

This property is close to town which was very handy and the view was great. However, the kitchen area looked like a 1960s kitchen i.e very dated. Bathroom had a weird sour smell that didnt go away and was quite off-putting. Didnt feel very secure with the door locks either. Lighting at the back door at night was very poor. Smoke alarm was missing and was reported to reception who did not replace it. Surely illegal not to have smoke alarm in room.

Check in was good, it went down hill from there cleaning of the room could be better empty gin bottle left by last occupancy, had no TV due to no power cord, rang and asked as no one was on-site and was told a cord would be dropped off, it never happened, last time I will stay here.

Great to be beside the lake so close to town.

Motel is a short walk to town with lake view which is excellent. However room is quite small with appliances in the kitchen not working. The kettle is also dirty and smelly. Rooms were to close to each other that we can hear people's conversations at night.
