The Hotel room and fittings are of high standard, especially the shower, however due to minimal amenities and only a vending machine for drinks, eating in your room becomes challenging.
The paid parking is provided by local authorities so is shared with general public and spaces go quickly at times.

Quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very suitable for rest and sleep. The location is also very good. You are right in the center of Queenstown and the transportation is convenient.

It's close to Queenstown, clean and convenient on foot.
It's easy to get around, and you can drink hot water, coffee, and tea for free at the Benteen machine on each floor of the hotel. Diman's room had a window, but it couldn't be opened, which was a bit inconvenient.
