Well appointed hotel a nice walk out of the town making it nice and quiet. Good facilities including pool and sauna. Excellent breakfast. All staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, good sized room and nice and quiet even though we overlooked the road. We have stayed here a couple of times before and notice that it is starting to show its age but that said its clean and is being fairly well maintained . The lodge style that it used to have has been eroded with a big TV over the fireplace and loud music playing in the bar, so its not a place to sit and relax, which is a shame. The room was a little on the cold side as there is a vent near the door that blows out icy cold air so you have to have the heat pump on which then dries you out but there was an extra blanket so its pretty cosy once you are in bed. When I asked for an extra pillow a selection of 4 different kinds got delivered which was great and the service was excellent. Parking was free, which is a bonus as most places charge. Despite the very minor negatives we would stay here again.

Overall, it is great

Hotels in Queenstown are very expensive, but the price-performance ratio of this one is very good. The hotel also has a bathtub, various toiletries and spa baths. The staff has good service attitude and the location is also good. In addition, the whole hotel is like a manor. I regretted staying in this hotel until I left on the last day.

The accommodation is in a good location. Not far from the city center, can walk back and forth. Polite receptionist, clean accommodations, complete amenities. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The view from the balcony of the accommodation overlooking the lake is very beautiful.

The hotel has a super beautiful lake view, and it has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, and washing machine. It’s really full of amenities! ! !

It's a 20-minute walk from the town center and the room is clean.

The room is small, and the water is hot and cold (this is a common problem in accommodation in New Zealand, whether it is a hotel or a homestay) There is an additional charge for an extra child and an additional charge for an extra bed. It is said that children are also charged for breakfast, but in fact this item is not charged. There are hot springs (boiled water) underground, you can take a dip. The breakfast is very good!

The facilities are good, but some rooms are close to the garage entrance and are noisy.

The location is ideal, not too far from the city center and within walking distance. There are also many hotel facilities. Only the hotel has insufficient parking spaces, but the staff will help find a parking space to make up for the shortfall.

The lake view room has a very good view and good facilities. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the town and has to walk uphill to get back to the hotel. In addition, the sound insulation is really poor, and the noise of the children next door can be heard clearly.

A relatively bad experience. I booked a lake view suite, but ended up getting a non-lake view suite. The balcony window faced the hotel garbage dump. Ctrip's customer service is better, and they followed up to refund the price difference, but the price difference was not as good as the price difference at the time of booking. I would rather not have the price difference and get a lake view suite. It was obviously a problem with the hotel management that caused me to lose the lake view.
