Holiday Inn Express and Suites is a lovely place to stay in. Booked a room facing the mountains and lake. Beautiful views every morning. Convenient as it is close to Queenstown Centre where there are many eating places and restaurants, including the famous Fergburger. Although I read about it being on a steep slope, I went ahead to book the place as Queenstown Botanic Gardens is just opposite a few streets away. Decided to take a longer but gentler walk back to the hotel from Queenstown Centre so that the walk is not that tiring. Highly recommend this place as the staff is so friendly and hospitable. Close to Skyline & meeting place for Milford Sound Tour.Would definitely stay here again if I visit Queenstown.

pretty new facility and friendly staff provide proper service. quite good stay from our feeling actually. it's pity there are not so many parking for car.

Great place. Very close to the town centre but not ideal for guests with kids. Not much facilities for kids to be entertained.

New, clean, and excellent service make this hotel room a top choice. While parking spots are limited on-site, ample street parking nearby ensures convenience for guests.

Around 10 mins walk to queestown mall. Great view overlooking the mountains very clean and there's self- laundry service for a fee.

Instead of staying in Holiday Inn, we were upgraded to Ramada Queenstown Hotel, just across the road which was great.

A new hotel with nice mountain view. It is about 5-10mins walk to City Centre and Lake Wakatipu. The family room is big to fit 4 people. Breakfast could be improved though.

This hotel is short down hill walk to the town centre and is very new and modern. The room is spacious for this type of hotel and the switches, taps, and showers worked well. The breakfast is offered in the "Great Room" aka the lobby and it was very busy. One of the 2 coffee machines was broken causing long queues at the other which, however, ran out of coffee beans and only produces watery mixtures. I had tea instead. Also, parking at NZD 25 seemed expensive although after some time one gets used to the high prices in New Zealand.

We stayed 3 nights there along with my son and parents Daily breakfast was so good.and front desk staff are friendly and always keen to guide you for local stuff. First night I couldn’t get parking as it was fully booked and we checkin 7pm in night but found on following day. Overall fantastic trip due to nice stay in Queenstown and definitely going again 6 months when it is full with snow ❄️ but
