酒店是五星的，但給的房間是又小又遠又看不到湖的，尤其是前台服務好假，所謂“華人禮遇、中文服務”都是鬼話，前台服務小女孩雖面帶職業微笑，卻難掩對華人的鄙視。早餐簡單到不能再簡單，且是要天天去討的，好尷尬好無語

避雷新西蘭皇后鎮這家酒店！！水裡竟然有臟東西！經理不負責體驗感很差！
這家酒店是我們在新西蘭旅行體驗感最差的一家，經理及其不負責。最垃圾的五星酒店！
首先開車入住到酒店的時候就發現他們給我指定的停車位上有水管電線什麼沒收拾好，很難停，我就和工作人員説，她説那你先停另一個停車位，等會兒讓人來理一下，結果第二天下午回來車位上還是有水管電線，無語。
其次入住時候窗户的景色確實不錯，但是！！很靠近主幹道，所以窗前車來來往往就很煩，而且玻璃隔音效果不怎麼好。這些還是小問題就不提了，最無語的事情是接下來的事。
我們在這酒店住了4天，前兩天晚上睡覺稍微有點癢，覺得也正常，結果第三天晚上刷牙的時候竟然發現水裡有黑的臟東西在裏面！！！ ***！！關鍵我們在刷牙！！這黑色臟東西還很粘，沖不走，一劃就一條黑印子！！大無語。甚至懷疑我們洗澡時候用的水會不會也有黑東西在裏面，所以才有點癢。於是第二天早晨我們打電話和前台説了這事情，讓經理過來看一下。結果半小時後完全沒人來，又打一個電話過去，説經理在開會，要12點來，我們想着那就再等半小時吧，結果到了12點多經理衹打了個電話説“水沒問題，我們檢查了水箱，不用擔心，那黑色的東西沒事，水放一會兒就好。”嗯？？？所以我們刷牙一嘴黑，早上起來等了一個多小時就這？ 我説我對這結果不滿意，1、你水箱沒問題，那就是房間裏管道的問題，你知道水管是什麼材質麼？是不是什麼金屬的？ 2、我們刷牙一嘴黑，這是我們的蜜月旅行，而且黑色東西我們不確定是什麼，需要到時候去醫院做個檢查，我們要求賠償
結果經理説她也不知道房間裏的水管什麼材質的，因為樓不是他們酒店的。 我和她説“你都不知道水管是什麼材質的，那怎麼敢説水就是安全的沒問題！！？”於是我們提出換房間和補償的要求。結果她説其他房間都滿了，換不了，並且他們不會做出任何補償！
我。。。就沒見過這麼垃圾的經理……
後來網上看到攜程定的可以讓管家去交涉，於是把臟水的圖片和視頻讓他們再去交涉了，結果酒店豪橫的就是不認賬，説不會做出任何補償。呵呵呵還五星酒店呢真垃圾。

整體設施衞生不錯，一室公寓空間也可以。房間分佈及各區域，託着行李箱穿越石子路上下樓梯找房間不是很方便。

定的湖景房，但是給安排了一樓，晚上到的什麼也看不見，早上起來發現湖景衹有“一線”，不過懶得換了，反正也不會在房間呆太久。含早餐其實是現成的麪包牛奶水果那些，提前給放到房間了，説不夠可以補充。衞生條件都不錯，位置也方便，停車位很多，總體算滿意吧
