The view is great, with the mountain behind and the lake in front. The air is fresh when you go out in the morning. I didn't choose to stay in the downtown area because I wanted to see the mountain and lake views. Parking is also very convenient, but the room is not very big, and there are a few stairs that require carrying a suitcase up and down, which is a bit inconvenient. It's actually a 15-minute walk from the center of Queenstown. It's just a stroll in the morning.

However, you need to take stairs from the parking lot to your room. If you bring large luggage, it will be more difficult to carry your luggage.

The hotel is five-star, but the room was small, far away, and you couldn't see the lake. The front desk service was especially fake. The so-called "Chinese courtesy, Chinese service" was all nonsense. The little girl at the front desk had a professional smile on her face, but she couldn't hide her contempt for Chinese people. The breakfast couldn't be simpler, and you had to ask for it every day. It was so embarrassing and speechless.
