The location of the hotel is very good. It's only a 5-7-8 minute walk from the lakeside scenic area. Overall, the service is good. It's a resort-style hotel. The breakfast is average. The room has a balcony and the view is good. I ordered steak and omelette fries at the restaurant, which tasted good.

Our bus was not able to make it to queenstown and the hotel refused to give even a dollar refund despite it being booked just a few hours before checkin time.
