It is a 15-minute drive from Queenstown. The hotel has free parking and beautiful scenery. Standing on the balcony, you can see the quiet river and the colorful mountain scenery (late April). The living room and bedroom are very large, and both bedrooms have bathrooms. The 1.8-inch bed is very comfortable and clean. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi. The hotel also has a small swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast is made to order, very delicate and delicious. The front desk service is very good. A very cost-effective hotel.

Hotel is outside of Queenstown in very beautiful and peaceful location, between Shotover and mountains. Our room was huge, clean and well appointed. There is a parking, lovely swimming pool and sauna for your pleasure. We spend 2 nights there and we will return there in the future, hopefully we will have room with rever view.

We booked a riverside room which is really large and with good view.
The cleanliness was terrible. We found a spider on the ceiling and big mosquitoes flying when we first entered the room. There were spider web and dead flies at the corner of the windows. The shampoo was empty. The coffee machine and kettle were not cleaned.

I was not satisfied with the room I was given for the first time. Ctrip quickly contacted me and upgraded me. I originally wanted to cancel the room, but after changing the room, I was satisfied and stayed a few more days, so I still had to book with Ctrip.

2 night stay - Very big spacious cosy room and bathroom with balcony. Stunning views all around! Clean & tidy. Staff were lovely. Loved that they would check in with us to make sure we were okay. Amenities absolute amazing and views are breath taking! Free parking onsite. Right next door to Onsen Hot Pools - but honestly Nugget Points private outdoor hot tubs is just WOW!! Short drive to town and again spoilt with beauty views. Thank you Nugget Point and staff for the beautiful stay and experience.

15 minutes drive from Queenstown. The hotel has a very good environment. You can see the mountains and lakes from the outside. There is a gym and a swimming pool. The rooms are large and have refrigerators, ironing facilities and TVs.

The hotel is very old but has a feeling. The room is quite big, but the sanitation is average. There are biscuit crumbs on the sofa, but the cleanliness of foreign hotels is not very good.
