Fantastic apartment. High-end. Will come back again. Really great and designer villa.

The room is comfortable and quiet, the environment is beautiful, the space is spacious and bright, the facilities are complete, and it is very convenient for climbing. It is suitable for family or friends to rent. It is also convenient to drive to the city.

This Zhunan Hotel has no front desk. You need to email your credit card information to them and deposit NZ$1500. We stayed there for 3 nights. Check-out time is 10am. We wanted to pay extra to delay check-out until 12pm, but they didn't allow it. The service staff entered the room at 10am and started packing, asking us to leave quickly. We packed and left the room at 11am. The hotel staff didn't communicate with us and directly deducted NZ$300 as a late check-out fee. This hotel has no integrity and deducts the amount from customers' credit cards at will. Everyone should stay away from this hotel. They only care about money, not integrity.

Overall it's very good, the scenery is beautiful, there is no front desk, you can't store your things, and you have to leave at 10 o'clock, which is a disadvantage. The room is large, 3 floors, there is a washing machine, and the house is very comfortable.

This hotel is suitable for family travel or a few friends. There is a restroom in every room. The living room and kitchen are fully equipped on a separate floor, and the washing machine, dryer and elevator are very convenient. The exquisite facilities in the room are very particular, and it is about 800 meters away from the center of Queenstown. But it’s uphill to get back.

The most amazing place to stay in Queenstown with families! The views were incredible. The fireplaces nice and cosy after a cold day out. They organised a highchair and baby safety gates. Kitchen equipment had everything you needed. The seperate bathrooms very handy. Close to town. We didnt want to leave!

Really disappointing for the price - the sheets were synthetic so they are itchy and hot, while the bed sinks in the middle and is uncomfortable at best. The living room, view and fireplace are all lovely and we did like having the living area while travelling with friends. Don't expect any service whatsoever - they left us with 2 tiny little bottles of shower gel and body cream for 4 people for 4 nights. When I rang them and asked for more they didn't answer the phone and then left me two messages saying they don't replace toiletries or things in the room. I had also asked for lots of tea, which they didn't provide. We ended up buying a lot of those small things ourselves which is fine except that you expect more from high end accomodation like this. I think it is the small things that make the biggest difference and they just didn't provide us with a good experience in the end. Also the location is a bit crap as they are up the back of this massive hill that you have to trek up and down to get to Queenstown. You are better off staying down the hill or along the lake.

The villa was warm and comforting. The view of queenstown city was beautiful day and night. Each room was very clean and well maintained. The fireplace in the lounge and master bedroom was extraordinary. The kitchen is well equipped and presented.

The Commonage Villas were amazing! Perfect for our family and the view was incredible. We would definitely stay again. Service and communication were great. Great walking tracks around and only a short drive to the center of Queenstown. Thanks for the great 4 nights we experienced in Queenstown.

The comfortable living environment, complete supporting facilities, and unobstructed beautiful scenery undoubtedly made our trip more beautiful and enjoyable! I like sitting on the terrace, drinking coffee and admiring the beautiful sunrise and sunset in Queenstown. It is really a physical and mental enjoyment!

Outstanding stay at the Commonage Villa, wonderful bedrooms with spacious beds. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The lounge is relaxing with amazing views of Queenstown and the lake. Automatic garage had room for the SUV highly recommend for vacations at any time of the season.
