We booked a second room and stayed in two large and two small rooms. When we filled in the information, we were told that we only filled in two adults. This situation goes against health and safety policies. We stayed in Auckland, Rotorua, Wellington, Christchurch, and Tekapo. The front desk gave the children various small gifts and never mentioned anything against health and safety policies.
There was also a kid who put his hand on the coffee table and it collapsed. The support point was 25-30 centimeters wide. How could the kid collapse under the weight of a 40-pound kid, and I was right next to him at the time. After communicating for a long time, SGD 533 was forcibly deducted from the credit card.
I don’t know if this is a trick or if other tourists have been tricked. Also a reminder to tourists who book in the future

The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Some of the rooms are different so do recommend mentioning if you would prefer a shower or bath/shower combo in the studios, and whether you preference an air conditioner in the apartments.

Wonderful location, room and property. The view from the apt is incredible. 12-15 min walk from downtown. The front desk was responsive. Loved our stay.

Great apartment at the heart of Queenstown. Apartment has great views and very clean. Location is good despite being uphill. The rooms are spacious with complete set of kitchen hardware and utensils. Reception is limited but we have no problem checking in and out after hour, instructions are very clear upon check in and check out via email and mailbox. Killer view from the balcony and love the heated floor’s bathroom.

The view from the apartment was stunning. The apartment was modern and spacious. It was the first truly accessible apartment we stayed in across both islands. It was just perfect!
