3人で宿泊しましたが、広さは十分。ロケーションも街の中心で便利でした。
チェックインの時間に制約があり、その時間に到着できない旨メールで連絡すると、実に丁寧にチェックインのやり方を教えていただき、スムースに入ることができました。

Convenient location for walking around Queenstown. Convenience store is nearby which is 24 hours open. I’ll stay here next time when I visit.

第一次住這個酒店大概是8年前，覺得位置極好，邊門出去就是主街，沒有坡度，到湖邊3分鐘，5-10分鐘可以走到幾乎所有中心。
這次入住好像換了老闆啦。居然是同一個房間，2房2衞的。屋裡的傢俱沒有換過，2個沙發墊子已經陷到框架裏了，沒法坐！廚具少之又少，沒有油鹽糖之類的，連最起碼的tissue都沒有！洗頭水是麼的也是放在一個塑料袋裡，非常不方便。衹能給差評了。

Location was great but that's about it.
Very noisy units can hear people talking through the walls, shower over bath leaked all over the floor, terrible smell when you walked into the building, bed was not the best, fridge froze my food

從側門出去就是皇后鎮的市區，非常方便。且位置在進入皇后鎮的入口因此要去機場或是Arrow town不必經過市區塞車，地點位置是無話可說。
缺點是廚房及餐具是有但沒有胡椒，鹽及沙拉油。問了櫃檯回覆是自己去超市買。還有房間的烤箱是故障的不能使用。
服務態度良好，我們抵達當天是非常的熱但皇后鎮的酒店及公寓都沒有冷氣只有電風扇（超級吵），且只有一台因此用電話詢問要借多一台風扇，很客氣的讓我去櫃檯裡面找（櫃檯已經下班）。
以整體地點跟cp值考量是很不錯的，只是希望設備面能再加強就更好。
